What we ask for
PostComet requests the w_member_social scope, which lets us create posts and drafts on your behalf, plus the basic profile scope so we can show your name, headline, and photo in previews.
How long the connection lasts
LinkedIn access tokens are valid for roughly 60 days. We show a green / amber / red connection health banner at the top of the app so you always know where you stand.
Reconnecting
If your token is about to expire, click Reconnect from the banner or from Account settings. Any scheduled posts will use the refreshed connection automatically.
